What is a credit?
1 credit = 1 cent. Credits are consumed when agents run: each execution uses credits according to its complexity and resource usage. Your plan's credits refill with every billing cycle. Startup and Max include more credits than their price buys: 5% and 10% more.
What is concurrency?
How many agents you can run at the same time. Anything that does not fit but is due to run queues up, and starts as soon as a lane frees up.
What if I run out of credits?
Buy a top-up any time, or turn on automatic top-ups with limits you control.
Can I change plans?
Move up or down whenever you want from the app.
Are seats really unlimited?
